Public Health is reporting 32-new cases of COVID over the last 24-hours including 3-new cases here in the Saint John region.
There are now 324-active cases in the province with three people in hospital – two in intensive care. Chief Medical Officer of Health – Dr Jennifer Russell – says there are some hopeful signs in the Saint John – Moncton – and Fredericton River Valley regions.
However – Russell says the situation in the Edmundston region is gravely concerning with 18-new cases reported today and a total of 112-active cases in that area. She says the outbreak has spread into workplaces and care homes. The Edmundston zone will remain in RED.
