Tropical Storm Elsa is continuing on a path that current modelling shows will bring the storm directly through our region.

A rainfall warning is in effect for the Saint John area with up to 60mm of rain expected between now and tomorrow morning.

Damaging winds are not expected but gusts of up to 70kph are forecast into this evening in coastal areas as the storm moves through.

By tomorrow morning – we should wake to some showers followed by a clearing trend with a mix of sun and clouds and light winds by mid-day.
