A 37 year old Quispamsis man is facing charges of luring a child – possession of child pornography – and accessing child pornography.
Andrew Chaisson appeared in provincial court today following an investigation by the RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit and the Kennebecasis Regional Police.
The investigation began November 05th last year after Kennebecasis Police received a complaint of child luring. Chaisson was arrested the next day a police executed a search warrant at a Quispamsis home. Several electronic items were seized as part of the raid.
Chaisson is due back in court on May 13t to enter a plea – meantime – he must abide by court imposed conditions.
