It’s not as bad as what the Prairies and northwestern Ontario are experiencing temperature wise with the polar vortex – but – it is cold this morning in the greater Saint John area. The “feels like” temperature is in the minus 22 range to start the morning – and – it won’t get much better through the day.
The forecast is calling for gusty winds through the day – tonight – and into tomorrow morning. Those winds will produce wind chill temperatures feeling like minus 13 by this afternoon and back down to minus 24 overnight.
Dress warmly – and – remember to bundle up your fur babies when taking them out.
