A slight drop in the number of new COVID cases in the past 24-hours. Public Health says there are 17-new cases today including one here in the Saint John region. The Moncton and Edmundston regions continue to be the hotspots for new cases. The Moncton zone is reporting five new cases today while the Edmundston region – which goes into a full LOCKDOWN at midnight – is reporting 10-new cases. All are self-isolating and under investigation.

There are now 328-active cases around the province today including 41 here in the Saint John region – 135 in the Edmundston region – and 83 in the Moncton zone.

There are 5-people in hospital with 3 listed in intensive care. There have 13-deaths since the beginning of the pandemic last March.
