A criminal serving a 4-year sentence for a number of offences including assault causing bodily harm is back in custody. Police have been on the lookout for Michael Deveau since he failed to return to his “approved residence” on January 13th.
In a tweet – Saint John Police say he has been taken back into custody with no other details provided. Deveau was one of a number of criminals who decided to embark on journeys failing to return to “approved residences” at the beginning of the year but eventually finding their way back with police assistance.
