Public Health has confirmed two new cases of COVID in the past 24-hours. They involve two people – one in their sixties and one in their seventies – in the Fredericton Central region. They are self-isolating and the cases are under investigation.
The number of active cases across the province is now down to 24 with just one active case here in the Saint John region. One patient is in hospital in intensive care. There have been 9-COVID related deaths since pandemic was declared last March.
