Kennebecasis Regional Police say trails off Queensbury Drive in Quispamsis are safe to use. The reassurance comes today after police received a report Saturday there were “suspicious items” along the trail system.
Police closed the trail system and following “a thorough investigation” determined there was no threat to public safety. Police tweeted just before 5 yesterday morning they had cleared the scene and the trails were open.
In today’s brief Tweet – Kennebecasis Police do not say what the “suspicious items” were – or – if they found any of those items.
