Saint John Police continue to negotiate with a man holed up in a building on Ludlow Street on the Lower West side this morning. Police were called to the area around 2:30 this morning. The police tactical unit is on scene as well.
Streets in an area bounded by Ludlow – Duke West – and Guilford are closed to traffic.
Earlier this morning – police tweeted there is no danger to the public at this time.
