An update on the outbreak of COVID at the Shannex Parkland complex in Millidgeville contains good news to end 2020. The company says the latest round of testing of residents and staff in the Simms Court wing has come up negative. The testing was carried out on Tuesday.

In a release – the company says the outbreak status of Tucker Hall will be lifted 28-days after the last case was identified. Meantime – Shannex is working with Public Health on a plan to allow more designated support people back into the complex to visit loved ones. The company says details will be shared directly with family and residents soon.
