Public Health says two more cases of COVID have been confirmed in the Saint John region in the past 24-hours. One person is in their twenties while the other is in their thirties.
Two cases have been confirmed in the Moncton region – one in their twenties and one in their thirties. In the Fredericton region there is one new case – a person in their sixties who is self-isolating. That case is travel related. Saint John – Moncton – and Fredericton remain in the Orange Level with a number of restrictions in place.
The other new case in the province is a person in their forties in the Bathurst region.
Public Health also says an outbreak at an adult residential facility in Dieppe has been declared over. The outbreak was declared on November 19th after one person at the complex tested positive for COVID. Residents and staff have been tested several times since with no further positive results.
