A man convicted in fatal hit and run almost two years ago is back in custody. John Ford was arrested by Saint John Police on Tuesday for driving while prohibited.
Ford was convicted in the death of 54-year old Scott Robertson on Loch Lomond Road on July 09, 2018. He was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison – had to give a sample of his DNA and was prohibited from driving for five years after his release.
Ford made court appearances this week following his arrest – but – no plea was entered. He is due back in court on March 12th.
