With the full scale arrival of winter – City Hall is now looking for nominations of “Saint John Snow Angels.” The city says Snow Angels are residents who “go above and beyond to lend a helping hand to others throughout the winter season.”
Those efforts can include people who shovel their neighbours driveways – consistently clean catch basins and fire hydrants on their streets- or make special efforts to help seniors with drives to medical appointments.
All Snow Angel nominees receive a letter and Saint John winter hat as a thank you from their nominator and the city. Nominations by email to communications@saintjohn.ca will be accepted until February 22nd. Include the full name and mailing address of your Snow Angel as well as a brief description of their efforts.
