A man is facing a charge of assault with a weapon after a fight at the Dolan Road Irving in suburban Rothesay on Saturday. Kennebecasis Regional Police say they received a call about a fight involving a knife.
When officers arrived on the scene – they found an injured man who had suffered injuries from his own knife. Apparently he suffered the injuries “while being disarmed by the individuals he confronted” as a result of a road rage incident on the highway.
Police say the man’s injuries are not serious and he will have a court appearance scheduled.
