J-D Irving is holding an open house on Thursday to discuss its proposed modernization of its Dever Road rail and transportation operations.
The project would see expansion of rail intermodal services and is projected to create 17 full time railway jobs and 30 full time driver positions. The proposal also. includes green area and a new park.
