Five new cases of COVID have been confirmed in the province since yesterday. Public Health says three of the cases are in the Edmundston region and under investigation. One case is in the Fredericton River Valley region while the other is the Moncton region – both of those cases are travel related.

Public Health also says one person has been listed as recovered since yesterday. There are now 37 active cases in the province with two of them here in the Saint John region. One person remains in hospital. The death toll remains at 30 since the pandemic was declared a year ago.
