Port City fire crews busy with the second blaze of the day. This time they quickly knocked down a fire in a downstairs backroom of a home on Coronation Court.
The call came in about an hour ago – all residents in the units got out safely – and crews are being released from the scene as they complete their decontamination process.
No word on the cause of the fire at this time.
Early this morning – fire crews responded to a fire at the rear of the Daly’s Convenience store on Taylor Avenue. The blaze caused extensive damage at the rear of the building.
