Education Minister Dominic Cardy says it is his hope there will be the opportunity for limited high school graduation ceremonies and proms this year. Cardy says it will depend on the COVID situation at the time – and – if Public Health guidelines in place can be met. Currently all areas of the province except the Edmundston region are in the Yellow Level of recovery. The Edmundston region is in the Orange Level after coming out of a LOCKDOWN situation earlier this week.
