Premier Blaine Higgs and Chief Medical Officer of Health – Dr Jennifer Russell – will be taking part in a COVID update this afternoon. With March Break about to begin – it is expected both Higgs and Russell will be appealing to New Brunswickers to continue to exercise caution – follow public health guidelines – and maintain their “Steady 10” circle of family and friends.
