The COVID pandemic has claimed the life of another New Brunswicker. Chief Medical Officer – Dr Jennifer Russell – made the announcement today. The person from the Saint John region was in their 80’s and died yesterday as a result of complications including COVID-19. Both Russell and Premier Blaine Higgs offered their condolences to the family and friends of the victim.
The province has recorded 7-deaths since the pandemic was declared in March. A total of 445-cases have been confirmed since March with 349-people recovering.
