The COVID case numbers in the Edmundston and Moncton regions have jumped again in the past 24-hours. Public Health is reporting 14-new cases confirmed in the province – nine in the Edmundston region – four in the Moncton region – and one in the Fredericton River Valley zone.
Public Health says 17-people have recovered since yesterday with the number of active cases now at 264 including 14 here in the Saint John region. Five people are in hospital – three in intensive care. Eighteen COVID related deaths have been reported since the beginning of the pandemic last March.
The Edmundston region remains in LOCKDOWN – and – the Moncton region in the RED Level with the rest of the province at the Orange Level.
