The last Saturday of May means the annual Blessing of the Bikes in the Port City. And yesterday the tradition continued at the Church of the Good Shepard.

The Blessing begins with a breakfast followed by everyone moving outside where a blessing is given to protect riders as the bike season gets underway. This year due to COVID restrictions – there was no breakfast and only 4 riders to represent all bikers. In pre-COVID times – the event would see over 200 bikers taking part.
