Today is the first of two days of advance polls for the may 10th cvic elections. The polls are open both days from 10am to 8pm.
You should bring your voter information card with you to speed up the process of registering for your ballot. If you are not on the voters list – you can still vote – but you will be required to show identification to be added to the list before voting.
Information on the location of advance and regular polling stations is shown on your voter information card.
Chief Electoral Officer – Kim Poffenroth – says “By voting early, New Brunswickers can reduce the risk of lineups on election day, helping us keep voters and our workers safe.”
You also have the option of voting by special ballot available at returning offices around the province 6 days a week up to and including election day.
