A weekend search has failed to turn up any sign of a missing Saint John man. Kyle LeBlanc has been missing since December 30th of last year. The search of a wooded area in East Saint John began early Friday morning and ended last night.

Saint John Police were assisted by members of the River Valley and York – Sunbury Ground Search and Rescue as well as the provincial Emergency Measures organization.

LeBlanc is is 6 foot 1 inch tall and weighs 175 pounds. Police say when last seen in the uptown area his hair was dyed blonde and red – and – was wearing a light grey coat and black sports pants.

When asked by newsysj.ca what led police to mount a search in this area – Saint John Police Communications Manager Jim Hennessy responded by email “Mr. LeBlanc was last seen in the East Saint John area.”
