With hospital visits now permitted under the Orange Level of recovery – Horizon Health has updated its visitor guidelines.
Visiting is permitted between 2 and 8pm with one visitor at a time for a patient. Those visiting patients must be 12 years of age or older.
You must wear a mask at all times – maintain physical distancing – and wash hands frequently. You must also sign in providing your name and telephone number. Staff may restrict the number of visitors in an area or the length of visits to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.
