It’s that time of year – it’s time to spring into Daylight Saving Time tonight. Move your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed tonight.
And it is a good time to change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. Functioning alarms save lives. Most fire fatalities occur at night when people are sleeping. Provincial Fire Marshall Michael Lewis says ““A smoke alarm is the only way to give you and your family time to escape.”
