As the first major storm of the year moves into the area – roads are becoming snow covered and slippery.
Saint John Police have issued an advisory to remind drivers to slow down – leave extra space between vehicles – and make sure snow is cleared from your vehicle before venturing out.
The forecast is still calling for up to 15-cms of snow at times heavy this afternoon with the winds picking up leading to blowing snow that will make visibility even more difficult.
