Premier Blaine Higgs says the Saint John region is in a very precarious situation with 16-new cases of COVID reported since yesterday. He is also warning the rest of the province may elevated to the Orange Level after 23-new cases were reported today – the highest daily total since the pandemic was declared in March.
Higgs says he doesn’t want a blanket shutdown of businesses – but – he says he is willing to close businesses failing to follow guidelines.
