Public Health reports 2 new cases of COVID confirmed since yesterday. Both cases are in the Fredericton region – and – are contacts of previously confirmed cases.
Seven people have been listed as recovered since yesterday and the number of active cases is now 122 including 19 in our Saint John region. Seven people are in hospital – 6 here in New Brunswick including 2 in intensive care – while one person is in hospital in an intensive care unit out of province. Forty-three people have died of COVID related complications since the beginning of the pandemic over a year ago.
