A 21 year old Cap-Pele man has been charged with second degree murder in connection with an early morning incident yesterday.
Anthony Miller was arrested yesterday after police found the body of a 19-year old man in the parking lot of a Moncton business. The Mounties say the victim was deliberately run over and killed between 3:30 and 4 yesterday morning. Police also say a vehicle involved in the murder was also recovered.
Miller made an electronic appearance in court today to be formally charged. He is due back in court March 16th. The RCMP have not released the victim’s name.
