The warm temperatures experienced in the Saint John area over the past two days were close to meeting record highs both days.

On Wednesday – our official high temperature reached 19.3 Celsius. The record high for April 28th is 19.9 set in 1986.

Yesterday’s high was 19.6 – close to the record 20.1 Celsius also set in 1986.

With today’s forecast of rain and gusty northerly winds – the temperature is forecast tor remain steady near 8 degrees for the last day of April – not even close to the record high for today of 19.4 set in 1998.
