A moving show of support for residents of the Millidgeville Shannex complex earlier today.
Members of Saint John Police – Fire -Water – Works – and Ambulance NB staged a parade around the complex complete with signs indicating “Thinking Of You!”
The residents have been locked down since a second outbreak of COVID was declared at the facility earlier this month. Residents and staff have also been dealing with the COVID related deaths of four residents since the beginning of this outbreak.
Residents could be seen in their windows waving to the first responders and civic workers.
