The City and its Parking Commission are again offering free overnight parking in the uptown entertainment district.
All metered parking spots and all Parking Commission lots -excluding Market Square and Peel Plaza garages – are available for free overnight parking on Thursdays – Fridays – and Saturdays from midnight until 7am beginning tonight and running until October 31st. Day time parking rules will apply as usual between 8am and 6pm.
The program is a way of supporting local uptown businesses and eateries – enjoy a night out – and leave your car until the next morning.
