Saint John Police are dealing with a standoff on the Lower West Side at this hour. They a person is “contained” in a building on Ludlow Street.
Barricades are up in the area between Duke Street West – Guilford – and – Ludlow Streets.
Police say there is no danger to the. public at this time.
